You may wonder how coaching and customer service may go together outside the tradition thought of a manager coaching an employee on providing service to a customer. But, the two have more in common than one might suspect.

Much like leadership itself, there is a belief that influencing others is something that comes with a title or an activity that not everyone can participate in. However, like leadership, anyone can be an influencer.

Why don’t we make the idea of foundational training more important than we do, and if we were to change our mindset

We face AND/OR questions every day. Can you do this *and* that? Should I do this *or* that? It seems simple enough, and often we may not think too much about it.

Helping others being more productive doesn’t always require it to be in the context of getting more done.

Sometimes we are so concerned about being productive we forget we need to give ourselves time to think about what should be next.
